So when it's time to clean off the grill every Summer, I definitely get excited for all things MEAT! Steak, burgers, BBQ (I mean this is Kansas City after all!), chicken, pork, fish... all of it! Normally I'm also not patient enough to wait for a marinade like in this recipe, but I do know a good marinade really helps the tenderness of the meat. So yeah

Who doesn't LOVE a crockpot recipe? I've made this and it was pretty darn tasty! Ingredients: 1 pork loin ½ cup unsweetened applesauce ½ cup water 1 green container (about 1 cup) onions and mushrooms, chopped 1 tsp cayenne pepper 1 Tbsp garlic powder ¼ red wine (or apple cider) vinegar ¼ cup yellow mustard 1 whole wheat bun or roll Instructions: Combine ingredients 1-6 in a crockpot. Cook on low for 7-8 hours. Drain and shred pork. Return to crockpot. Stir in red wine vinegar
