P90X Protein Pancakes!
I make these almost every weekend - no joke! Ingredients: 1/2 c oatmeal 3 egg whites Splash almond milk 1 scoop of vanilla Shakeology or vanilla protein powder Dash of cinnamon 1 tsp of vanilla or almond extract Instructions: Place all ingredients in a blender & liquefy. Then place on a hot skillet and cook to perfection. Makes three small pancakes. I ate two and I'm stuffed!!
