I always get asked how to eat healthy while dining out or traveling. The truth is there are usually lots of options (usually). We just have to be disciplined enough to choose them over Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory or other tempting stuff like that (just walked by one, yum).
Today I packed my Shakeology in my carry on, then found a WAY over priced Greek salad and a veggie cup with hummus. Trust me, I'd rather have the burger and fries, but I know that I usually eat too many treats when I go home, therefore I'm disciplining myself. Wha wha. Life. It's all about choices!
