Over the weekend, Ben and I went to Nebraska Furniture Mart to look at new bedroom sets. I used to go into Nebraska Furniture Mart and just wonder how people ever bought all those expensive furniture sets. I used to dream about going on a shopping spree there, but then would quickly snap back to my reality.
And my reality was that I’d never walk into NFM without feeling anxiety; anxiety about trying to find the best clearance piece available or putting something on a credit card. For the most part, I was okay with that feeling because it was my “normal.” That was how life was supposed to be for me. I didn’t even think that life could be different. “Normal.” Broke. Living on credit for anything over $200.
Over the weekend, I walked into NBF and for the first time it was fun. Like, really, really, really freaking fun. Like, I-could-literally-buy-whatever-I-want-in-cash kind of fun. Like, I-could-furnish-my-entire-house-if-I-chose-to-do-so kind of fun. Why? Because for the past three years, I’ve busted my butt working on my at-home business, the same kind of business that I offer to help you build for yourself.
I’ve done scary things that made me feel super uncomfortable. I pushed through fear, doubt, and haters. In doing so, I’ve built a business that has changed my entire life. My “normal” looks totally different now.
In June alone, I earned more supplemental income from my Beachbody business in a single month than in any previous month before. As I’m typing this, I’m literally thinking to myself, “How is this my life?”
Here’s the thing, anyone can build what I’ve built with my business. It’s here for anyone who is willing to work for it. That can be you. I’ll show you how.
I’m where I am today because I saw my coach dare to be more in life. I’m here because my coach set the bar high for herself and that in turn inspired me to do the same. I saw my coach choose to create a life that was more than just “normal.”
For me, it’s NOT about walking into NBF and being able to buy anything. It’s about the fact that this business forced me into becoming a better person for myself and for others. And in doing that, I built a business that has provided me FREEDOM. Freedom from STRESS, FEAR, ANXIETY, and ARGUMENTS about my family’s wellbeing and needs. I don’t need luxury items, but I do need peace of mind.
So, you can take this as a brag, or you can take this as me setting the bar higher for YOU, just like my coach did for me. Why not YOU change your “normal?” Why not YOU create a life that is free from financial stress?
