POPCORN! A classic, easy, and healthy snack that I make frequently. Like alot. And did you know you can flavor your popcorn to make it even more enjoyable (and NO not with butter! 🤣 Though, that is good too....)?? I love making this snack when I'm craving something sweet and crunchy. I've also made it with pumpkin spice instead of cinnamon & nutmeg - because pumpkin everything is SO good! Anyway, I've also made it as a savory snack when I need something salty (with chile powder, cayenne pepper, or paprika and olive oil instead of coconut oil), but let's be honest, I normally make the sweet version because I'll always have a weakness for sugar!
Ingredients:
3 cups air-popped popcorn
1 tsp. extra-virgin organic coconut oil, melted
½ tsp. ground cinnamon
¼ tsp. ground nutmeg
Instructions:
Place popcorn in a large bowl.
Drizzle with oil; mix well.
Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg; mix well.
