It's officially Spring!!! Oh how I've been waiting for this - and I'm so excited about more fresh fruits and veggies. Especially fruits! After a few days in Punta Cana, I've really been craving some tropical fruits. So I found this recipe for a Pineapple Mango smoothie that I'll be making later today!
Ingredients:
1 cup water
1 scoop Vanilla Whey Shakeology
¼ cup fresh pineapple, cubed
¼ cup mango, cubed
1 Tbsp. orange zest
1 cup ice
Instructions:
Place water, Shakeology, pineapple, mango, orange peel, and ice in blender; cover.
Blend until smooth.
Portion Fix Containers: 1 Red, ½ Purple
2B Mindset Plate: A great snacktional or enjoy it as part of breakfast.
