Red Velvet Chocolate Shakeology

February. The month of chocolate. The month of red. The month of love. So to celebrate, I've got a red velvet chocolate smoothie that I love! Beets are one of my favorite veggies, and I love they turn this chocolate shake into something extraordinary!


  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 cup ice

  • 1 scoop Chocolate Whey Shakeology

  • 1 medium cooked beet, peeled, cooled, coarsely chopped

  • 1 Tbsp. mascarpone cheese

  • ½ tsp. balsamic vinegar


  1. Place almond milk, ice, Shakeology, beet, cheese, and vinegar in blender; cover.

  2. Blend until smooth.

Portion Fix Containers: ½ Green, 1 Red, ½ Orange, 1 tsp.
