Do I really need to say much about this recipe cause OH MY GOSH just look at this beauty!
Is it a coffee☕ protein shake or dessert? It can be whatever you want it to be.
A quick, delicious treat and the cherry on top its protein packed and good for you! Chocolate shavings and marshmallow optional but go on, get a little fancy with it. 💃
Ingredients
1 cup / 240 ml unsweetened almond milk
1 cup / 170 g ice
1 scoop Café Latte Shakeology
1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
2 tsp. Graham cracker crumbs, divided use
Instructions
Place almond milk, ice, Shakeology, extract, and 1 tsp. Graham cracker crumbs in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.
Pour into a serving glass; garnish with remaining 1 tsp. Graham cracker crumbs. Serve immediately.
Portion Fix Containers:1 Red, ½ Yellow, 1 tsp.
Makes a great protein.
