Strawberry Crunch Chia Parfait

Hello May. 🌷 I just love the fresh new start that comes with each month. It's an easy time to check in with your mindset and goals. I feel like this is the time the social calendar slowly starts to fill up then suddenly it's summer and you’re making the most of every weeknight and weekend.

Here's a recipe I love for this hectic time of year that helps me stay on track. This parfait is so quick and refreshing, it’s perfect for almost anytime- breakfast, snack, dessert.


  • 1 cup / 240 ml unsweetened vanilla almond milk

  • ⅓ cup / 80 g reduced-fat (2%) plain Greek yogurt

  • 2 Tbsp. chia seeds

  • ½ cup / 85 g sliced strawberries

  • ¼ cup / 15 g whole-grain cereal


  1. Add almond milk, Shakeology, yogurt, and chia seeds to a 16-oz. (470-ml) jar (or sealable container); stir to combine. Seal; refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or up to overnight).

  2. Top with strawberries and cereal just before serving.

Portion Fix Containers: ½ Purple, 1½ Red, ½ Yellow, 1 Orange, 1 tsp.

This recipe makes a great breakfast.
