My Coaching Story
Let me start off by telling you that this coaching opportunity has forever changed my life! I started almost seven years ago and WOW, how time has flown!
When I started this business I had a full-time job as an Instructional Designed after just completing my Master's Degree, but I didn't feel fulfilled. My husband and I were in substantial student loan debt. I never thought anything would ACTUALLY come of this opportunity, but I figured I could use it as a way to reach my own health and fitness goals, while helping my friends along the way. I thought, "It might be worth it."
I've been truly blessed by God with this opportunity and it gives me so much joy to help others find their way in this business too.

How It Works
It’s truly just following some key steps…
1. I work out with my online fitness program.
2. I drink my nutritional shake each day.
3. I share my journey, my story, and my results authentically with friends and on social media.
That's it! This means NO SALES posts! I just share ME!
People buy their products and programs through me. Then I add them to my online fitness accountability group, where I coach them daily, cheer them on, and help them get their best results possible!
And, NO, you don't have to be a fitness expert, you just have to be somebody's cheerleader every day! The fitness expertise and programs are provided to you from our company, so you don't have to worry about making up any of that! It's part of the package!
In a nutshell:
1. You begin your health and fitness programs to transform your own body.
2. You share that journey on social media.
3. You host an online fitness group with me as your mentor the first few months.
4. You invite your friends and followers to get fit with you.

Income Potential
Earning is different for all coaches and I never thought this business would be so profitable for me! I would have been happy with some supplemental income per year, but it's truly great what happens when you work hard, serve others, and trust God.
