​ALMOST 7 YEARS AGO...

​

I decided that I wanted to stop hating my body.

I was living paycheck to paycheck & constantly fighting with my husband about money. 

I was offered the opportunity to lose weight while helping others do the same, and earn additional income while doing so. I was terrified and skeptical, but decided all I had to lose was weight. So I joined an online fitness + nutrition team that was supportive and fun! This team taught me how to believe in myself and how to build a business.

 

TODAY...

I'm my own boss.

I make my own schedule.

I travel as much as I want.

I've stopped holding my breathe when I swipe my credit card.

I earn great paychecks each year by being my best self and helping others be their best selves.

I work very hard - this life I've created didn't happen without dedication and time.

I pay it forward by helping normal people, broken people, and imperfect people change their bodies and build businesses at the same time.
