I have this secret I haven't been telling you guys. I mean, it's not a huge deal, but it's kind of a huge deal. I've been keeping it because I'm a bit scared that people will think I'm "too much".... At first, I feared people would think I wasn't good enough. Now I fear they'll think I'm too good... humans be cray.
So back to this secret... In January, I earned my first GREAT paycheck - no bonus involved, just my weekly earnings. And, then it happened again. And, again. All GREAT paychecks. WHAT IS THIS LIFE????
The reason why it's important for me to share this is because this type of news is WHY I changed my life 3 years ago. I saw my coach post about her weekly paychecks. If it wasn't for her courage, I'd STILL be living a life of jealousy and self-hatred and arguing constantly with my husband about money. Instead, I saw her post about it and thought, "Why not me?" And, in that one thought, my life changed.
Now, let's get it straight. I NEVER thought I'd earn such supplemental income in a week. I actually said there was no way I'd ever earn that, but if I could earn a bit extra each month, I'd be happy. And, guess what? I WAS just as happy earning that extra income each month, just as I am happy earning what I am now. I've always been immensely grateful for ANY positive thing that I've earned from this at-home business - I have never compared my journey to another person's and asked for more. Instead I was grateful to God to have this opportunity in the first place.
I never set out to get rich with this, I simply wanted to stop fighting with my husband about money. That was it. I just wanted to be able to have a nice dinner out without worrying about how we were going to pay for it. I just wanted to have a family someday and know without a doubt that they'd never see their parents stressed out bc of money. So, I set out to earn extra income each month through consistent, diligent work every day. I worked hard. And, I had faith that God put this opportunity in my life. Then I treated it like a real business and it grew into a real business.
Faith First + Work + Consistency + Gratefulness. Those are my keys to success. Why not you?
