Are you team salty snack🍟 or sweet🍪 ? I can't pick one over the other, each one has its time to shine.
Have you ever had those moments where you choose one over the other... but end up having both in the end and now you've over indulged? 🙋♀️I'd have a little snack in the evening but was torn between craving that saltiness of chips or the sweetness of some ice cream. I'd settle on the ice cream... but after my taste buds were wanting that salty still so I'd eat the chips too.
I think we can all admit we've been there. Food is just too dang good. The food that doesn’t nourish our bodies has a strangle hold on us. This is why I love recipes like these chocolate caramel brownie buddies. You get both the salty and sweet to satisfy those taste buds BUT it’s also pumped up with Shakeology giving you some protein. So, we can feel better about eating this tasty treat.

1 scoop Chocolate Caramel Brownie Shakeology
