Cookies & Creamy Cherry Cheesecake Shake

I am so excited for this new month and my Self Love Studio theme, focus. I needed it. Like many of you I had so much going on I lost my focus and motivation. These last three weeks I have recharged, changed my focus and my determination is there. It's amazing to see how much progress can be made in such a short time when your goals are dialed in and you’re focused.

One of the best ways I stay dialed in with my nutrition; being very conscious of my snacking habits. That's where well-laid plans can fall apart. Skakeology becomes my best friends because there are endless possibilities for what you can create with it. Try this cherry cheesecake shake- its sweet and luscious and loaded with protein thanks to the Shakeology and ricotta cheese. Can be made for breakfast or whipped up when you get the craving for a dessert, but you've got goals to reach.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup / 240 ml unsweetened vanilla almond milk

  • 1 cup / 170 g ice

  • 1 scoop Cookies & Creamy Shakeology

  • ⅓ cup / 80 g part-skim ricotta cheese

  • 1 Tbsp. finely grated lemon peel (lemon zest)

  • ½ cup / 80 g frozen cherries, slightly thawed

  • 1 Tbsp. crushed Graham crackers
