Creamy Pumpkin Spice Vanilla Shakeology

Fall doesn't officially start until next week, but pumpkin season is in full swing. I mean it is everywhere and seems to expand to new products each year. They literally have pumpkin spice scented trash bags.

Personally, I do enjoy the taste of fall and a good pumpkin treat here and there. This is such a simple breakfast shake invigorated with the flavors of fall. Feel free to add some coffee and you have a lower calorie, higher protein PSL. 🎃☕


  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 cup ice

  • 1 scoop Vanilla Plant-Based Vegan (or Vanilla Whey) Shakeology

  • ½ cup pure pumpkin puree

  • ½ tsp. pumpkin pie spice


  1. Place almond milk, ice, Shakeology, pumpkin puree, and pumpkin pie spice in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.

Portion Fix Containers: ½ Purple, 1 Red, 1 tsp.

A great protein and FFC as part of breakfast.
