I make these almost every weekend - no joke!
1/2 c oatmeal
3 egg whites
Splash almond milk
1 scoop of vanilla Shakeology or vanilla protein powder
Dash of cinnamon
1 tsp of vanilla or almond extract
Place all ingredients in a blender & liquefy.
Then place on a hot skillet and cook to perfection.
Makes three small pancakes. I ate two and I'm stuffed!!
I also topped mine with a half a banana, a tsp of all natural syrup & a tsp of peanut butter. I'll be honest, it could use another tsp of both... Sacrifices.
I'll count this as: 1.5 reds, 1.5 yellows (might be more on the 1 side), 1 purple, & 2 teaspoons
